Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the received item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
Delivery charges are non-refundable (except in case of incorrect/defective delivery).
