  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are available for size or product replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the received item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

    • The wrong product was delivered.

    • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (except in case of incorrect/defective delivery).
